【TOBANYAKI】

'TOBANYAKI' is traditional art of cooking in Japan. The art of cooking use earthenware 'TOBAN' which made from heat protection cray , or aluminum alloy. The feature of Tohan are 1)Transmitted heat easily 2)High quality heat reserve 3)Ultra-Red lay effect. So "TOBANYAKI" take advantage pf the taste of material at the maximum. It is possible to cook inside of material well without burning because the temperature of surface with inside is small difference than cook by iron plate. Also the material will not reduce juice many that's why we cook it juicy and contained flavor.

We give simple taste the it because we would like to take advantage of the taste of material. It's quite good when you eat it with onion because onion ball give more sweetness for salmon. Be careful to overcook because the salmon is really fresh and fatty.

【KAMINABE】

"KAMINABE" is art of cooking that use Japanese paper as a pot. The origin is start since 200years ago. It is recorded that many people are surprised and say "It looks like magic!" When they saw KAMINABE. Because they wonder why the paper doesn't burn and they guess the is special processing. In fact, it's normal paper. Also taste is quite good because the paper absorb the excess oil and skim scum automatically.
